- Social Media Marketing (SMM): Strategy development, content creation, community management, paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X).
- Content Marketing: Blog writing, article creation, infographics, video content planning, content strategy, and content distribution.
- Web Design & Development: Custom website design, responsive development, e-commerce solutions, landing pages, and website maintenance.
- Email Marketing: Email campaign design, automation workflows, newsletter management, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
- Branding & Graphic Design: Logo design, brand identity, marketing collaterals, social media graphics, and visual branding strategies.

4. Client Obligations
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, and access credentials required for service delivery.
- Review and approve deliverables, content, and campaigns within the agreed timelines.
- Grant necessary access to your website, hosting, social media accounts, analytics tools, and advertising platforms.
- Ensure all content and materials you provide do not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, laws, or regulations.
- Communicate any changes to project requirements promptly.
- Not engage in any activity that could harm our reputation or disrupt our services.
Delays: Any delays in providing required information, materials, or approvals may result in extended project timelines. Trendora Digital is not responsible for delays caused by the Client's inaction.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing & Invoicing
- All pricing will be clearly outlined in the service proposal or agreement before work begins.
- Invoices are generated as per the agreed payment schedule (e.g., monthly, milestone-based, or project-based).
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
- Applicable taxes (GST) will be added to the invoice amount as per Indian tax regulations.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
- UPI Payments
- Online Payment Gateways
- Cheque (for corporate clients)
5.3 Late Payments
- Payments are due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.
- We reserve the right to pause or suspend services if payments are overdue by more than 15 days.
- Persistent non-payment may result in termination of services and legal action.
5.4 Refund Policy
- Setup fees and advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Refund requests for ongoing services must be submitted in writing at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for third-party costs (e.g., ad spend, domain registrations, hosting, stock images).
- Custom projects (web design, branding, etc.) are non-refundable once the design phase begins.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Client Content
You retain ownership of all original content, logos, trademarks, and materials you provide to us. By providing these materials, you grant Trendora Digital a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
6.2 Trendora Digital Content
- All deliverables created by Trendora Digital become the Client's property upon full payment. Until full payment is received, all deliverables remain the intellectual property of Trendora Digital.
- Trendora Digital retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
- Proprietary tools, methodologies, templates, and frameworks used by Trendora Digital remain our exclusive intellectual property.
6.3 Third-Party Assets
Any third-party assets used in deliverables (e.g., stock images, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses. Trendora Digital is not responsible for licensing fees or compliance beyond the initial project scope.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes:
- Business strategies, marketing data, and campaign performance metrics
- Login credentials, access keys, and API tokens
- Financial information and pricing structures
- Trade secrets and proprietary methodologies
- Any information marked as "Confidential" or reasonably understood to be confidential
This confidentiality obligation survives for a period of 2 years after the termination of the business relationship.
8. Website Use

10. Disclaimers & Guarantees
No Guaranteed Results: Digital marketing results depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, algorithm changes, and user behavior. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes.
- Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
- While we employ industry best practices and proven strategies, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, social media engagement metrics, or advertising ROI.
- SEO results typically take 3-6 months to materialize and are subject to search engine algorithm updates.
- Past performance and case studies are not guarantees of future results.
- We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on our Website.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Trendora Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services or Website.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to Trendora Digital in the 3 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities resulting from service interruptions, third-party platform changes, or force majeure events.
- Force Majeure: We shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
12. Termination
12.1 By Client
- You may terminate services by providing 30 days' written notice via email to contact@trendoradigital.com.
- All outstanding invoices must be settled within 15 days of the termination date.
- Early termination of fixed-term contracts may incur an early termination fee as outlined in the service agreement.
12.2 By Trendora Digital
- We may terminate services immediately upon written notice if the Client breaches any material term of these Terms & Conditions.
- We may terminate services if payments remain outstanding for more than 30 days despite reminders.
- We may terminate services if the Client engages in illegal, unethical, or harmful activities.
12.3 Post-Termination
- Upon termination, we will deliver all completed work and hand over access credentials within 15 business days.
- Access to third-party tools and platforms procured by Trendora Digital on behalf of the Client will be transferred or discontinued.
- Confidentiality and intellectual property provisions survive termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab, India.
Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:
- The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
- For material changes, we will notify active clients via email.
- Continued use of our Website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
